You may pay full cash for your homesite and receive a 5% cash discount or you may choose from our selection of guaranteed financing plans starting at a 4% rate. (See individual lot pages below for prices, terms and rates) Multiple lot purchases shall also receive a 5% discount for the second plus lot purchased. If you choose to finance your initial lot purchase you may later incorporate this lot mortgage into your home construction loan by paying off the balance due on your lot, with no pre-payment penalty, and securing a long term home mortgage to cover both the lot and the new home construction.
